West Has Arrived...

It has been four years now that this coaching staff has been working together for the boys and girls programs and it now seems that we have finally arrived.  The seniors can acknowledge the changes that have occurred during their time here at West.  It was a great feeling watching the boys and girls compete on the track with two very good programs and we need to realize that this is only the beginning.

While the losses to Notre Dame are certainly disappointing it does not change our resolve.  Each day we will continue to fight and work hard to win each and every meet.  There were so many great performances yesterday and I still know that we are nowhere near peak performance level, we are nowhere near perfection, but we will continue to chase it, we will continue to strive for it and we will surprise ourselves how great we can be.
