A Great Day

The emergence of 'Hamilton Airlines'
I think we were all excited before Saturday's meet, but I knew we would win and medal in multiple events.  Everybody really stepped up and competed hard and we had a great day.  You all realize what it is all about this year and you know that we have to continue to work hard to enjoy the type of success we had on Saturday we need to continue to get better and look towards our matchup with West Windsor South and Princeton on Wednesday.  For the boys, these are two teams that we narrowly beat last year, while the girls look to tack some more wins to the record.

Congratulations to all the gold medal winners on Saturday.  Daryl and Tyree did what they set out to do, while Vijesh and Derycs continue to improve.  The unheralded gold medal duo of Dakota and Bashawn didn't get any interviews or pictures, but they will have plenty of opportunities as the season progresses.  Elischa and Tatiana get a gold medal after medaling their freshman year.

There were many personal bests and standout performances on the day.  Too many to mention.  Medals also went out to the boys 4x4, shuttle hurdles and 3x400m hurdle squads.  School records in the 4x1600, meet record in the triple jump, and Distance Medley all added to a great day.
